If, for any reason you feel unhappy and unsatisfied with your purchase, or simply no longer want the requested goods, we offer you a 60-day money back guarantee.

- The items must be complete with all packaging as it was during delivery and the packaging must be undamaged. Please securely package the product you wish to return within an outer box. Do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging.
In case you want to return the purchased goods for a refund, you must adhere to the preset refund protocols.
First, you must inform us about your intentions through writing via sales@stealthbirding.com or via post. Second, we must receive and accept your request for refund before you return the goods. After the request has been received, accepted and authorized, you must deliver the goods no longer than 60 working after the original purchase date. The cost of the items in question will be refunded upon confirmation that it meets requirements stipulated in our returns policy.

Through our experience, we have discovered that the majority of problems can be solved just by referring to this section. If you fail to find a workable solution, contact us so we can discuss the problem and make arrangements for return.
Whenever a fault occurs within the first 60 days of purchase, you will have a choice of either a refund or a replacement.
In cases the fault occurs within the stipulated warranty period but after the first 60 days, you have the option of requesting for the faulty product to be repaired. In this situation, we will send the item away for repair. In the situation when the repair is unsuccessful, you will receive a replacement.

It was a pleasure buying my new binoculars from Stealth Birding - just how online shopping should be! An excellent, informative website. Great choice of products . Very easy ordering system and fast delivery. Customer service is second to none. Highly recommended.
To say that I'm pleased with my new GPO Passion ED 8x42 binoculars from Stealth Birding is an understatement! I'm just blown away with how much better they are in every way than my previous pair ("Adasion" alegedly 12x42 from Amazon for about £40). Sure they are 10x as expensive but they absolutely are IMO 10x - or more - better!
The clarity, sharpness and brightness of the GPO's is just incredible! I've never had or used a decent quality pair of bin's before, so have no comparison other than with 'cheap and cheerful' ones I've had or tried over the years. Suffice to say (I'm now in my late 50's) I wish I'd got a decent pair like these years or rather decades ago! I thought they might be a bit better - but the difference and improvement is literally night and day! The increase in enjoyment with these when out birspotting and just generally enjoying scanning distant views is immeasurable. I always think that a good bird or animal view in the wild - of say a Kingfisher or soaring raptor - is priceless. It's something money can't buy - literally a gift from nature. So something that significanly improves that enjoyment is in a way also priceless. So for me these GPO's - though not inexpensive - are tremendous value.
As for Stealth Birding I can't fault their service - ordered on Tuesday evening they arrived (via DPD) Thurs afternoon. The box they come in is very substantial and tough, but it was well wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and a thick plastic shipping bag as well. They clearly took great care with the packaging. They bins arrived in perfect condition and have been a joy to familiarize myself with and use. Thank you! And I opted for the free Collins bird guide which I'm also loving.
Oh and to anyone concerned that 8x magnification might be a bit on the low side - as I was - there's no need to be. Coming from 12x magnification (alegedly as I say) I can't notice much if any difference. The increase in brighness and clarity and wider field of view (which is class leading I think) more than makes up for what seems a modest magnification out in the field I've found.
