- The items must be complete with all packaging as it was during delivery and the packaging must be undamaged. Please securely package the product you wish to return within an outer box. Do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging.
In case you want to return the purchased goods for a refund, you must adhere to the preset refund protocols.
First, you must inform us about your intentions through writing via sales@stealthbirding.com or via post. Second, we must receive and accept your request for refund before you return the goods. After the request has been received, accepted and authorized, you must deliver the goods no longer than 60 working after the original purchase date. In cases the fault occurs within the stipulated warranty period but after the first 60 days, you have the option of requesting for the faulty product to be repaired. In this situation, we will send the item away for repair. In the situation when the repair is unsuccessful, you will receive a replacement.

I purchased these binoculars as my old pair were a few years old and decided to treat myself
Ordering was easy and delivery was quite fast. The quality of everything is great, including the box they come in.
My first reaction when I picked them up was how heavy they were compared to my old binoculars but I have not noticed this to be an issue since and with the wide padding on the strap they were easier to wear than my old ones. The view through the lenses is very good but I have not tried in low level light yet so can not comment. Overall a very nice pair of binoculars and I would recommend them.
Really pleased with the purchase, incredibly clear view, and great in low light; carry case very sturdy. At the price point I doubt you will find better.
Whilst these binoculars aren’t my first, they are far away the best pair I’ve had the pleasure to look through.
I chose the passion ED 10x42 after researching my options. These are mid priced binoculars that don’t disappoint, packaging doesn’t normally impress me but even this has been done to a very high standard. The binoculars are fantastic, and I hope to enjoy them for many years to come.
Focusing wheel is smooth but not so light that you can’t keep focus, the diopter range is good and my range was found quickly to be just on the plus side this adjustment won’t easily get moved , again the wheel is smooth but nice and tight.
The eye cups with or without my glasses feel great with three positions low with my glasses and the third position out without was most comfortable for me.
Again I usually don’t review until I’ve had something for a year or two but this purchase has given me Joy.
