FAQs
Yes! The free app allows you to stream the camera live.
The Green Feathers app works on iPhones, iPads(using iPhone compatibility mode) and Android phones and tablets. The app supports iOS 11.0 or later and Android 6.0 or later. Kindle devices are not currently supported.
If you have an M1 or M2 version Mac, you'll be able to view via the Green Feathers app with some work.
This camera is not designed to work on TVs unlike some of the other cameras that wire into the back of the TV. However, the app does work on Apple TV and may also work on some smart TVs that support Android apps.
It is perfectly normal for the camera to feel warm to the touch while in operation. Don’t worry this won’t harm any nesting birds or sleepy hedgehogs!
Due to the camera being waterproof it does not have an SD card slot. Therefore, we suggest subscribing to the cloud storage on the Green Feathers app. They offer both 14 day and 30 day storage plans which can be billed monthly or annually.
